This is the address in our Terms, so it is the right one for every kind of question: your plan, your subscription, a refund, a claim under the 90-day goal guarantee, or anything about your data.
What to expect
- A person reads every email. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot on this address.
- Refunds, cancellations and guarantee claims are handled at this address. So are complaints.
- Privacy requests, including a copy of your data or deletion of it, are answered within 30 days.
- Please write from the email address on your account, or tell us which one it is, so we can find you.
Cancelling without emailing
You do not need us for this. If you subscribed here on the web, open the You tab in your plan and use Manage or cancel.
If you subscribed inside the iPhone app, Apple handles that billing, so it is cancelled in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.

Pelvi Health, LLC. We build a personalised pelvic floor and core programme: a short daily session, a 90-day plan behind each goal, and filmed exercises so you can see the movement instead of reading it.
